If you want to go far, go together." A few things I got into: → SDV growth isn't just about hardware anymore. Features on Demand and subscription models are changing how we think about automotive business itself — a cheap car that can update beats an expensive one that can't. → OTA and diagnostics shouldn't be proprietary battlegrounds. It's like plumbing in a house — you don't custom-design your pipes, you buy them at the hardware store. Same logic applies here. → Real production-grade OTA is hard: security, resuming interrupted downloads, handling multi-gig payloads without starting over. Most implementations still cut corners. → TSN and Ethernet are quietly consolidating decades of legacy vehicle networks into something faster and more reliable → Talked quantum-readiness, the [**eSync Alliance**](https://www.eSyncAlliance.org), and why I think India (and commercial vehicles especially) has a real shot here.
